Last night I sat out on my balcony, all alone. Reading my favorite Book and praying for the year ahead, watching distant fireworks and floating lanterns escape into the sky as God wrapped His arms around me and promised to watch over me in the coming year. Thursday, August 13, 2015. We had been looking for a race to complete while we were on vacation and this one was just a few miles north from where we were staying.
